Customized Products

Customized products are prepared specifically according to the customer requirements. Cancellation or modification may not be possible once production or customization has started.

Ready-to-Ship Products

Cancellation requests for ready-to-ship products should be made before dispatch.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the supplied product, contact us as soon as possible with relevant photographs and order details.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, the applicable amount will be processed through the appropriate payment method, subject to the circumstances of the order.
